Log Shipping copy and restore failure

Hi all, i have setup log shipping with three servers… one primary server, one secondary server and one monitor server respectively. With 15 minutes interval for backup, copy and restore operation, Sql Server agent job related to backing transaction log are running perfectly, but copy and restore jobs in secondary server are shown as successful even though these jobs are not copying and restoring correct backup file. When i check the properties for log shipping monitor utility, under the status tab, 1. Last backup file field shows the right backup file.
2. Last copied file field shows as file_tlog_000000000000.trn
3. Last restore file field shows as file_tlog_000000000000.trn In fact the secondary server was not in sync with latest changes which was done in primary server. Help is needed.

DId you see any network issues between primary and secondary servers?
Refer thru SQLAgent log for information onthe jobs. Satya SKJ
