Log Shipping on top of replication

Hello Directors of Beer Administration (DBAs), I had log shipping working successful for ages. Recently, I had to define transaction replication for a set of tables, within my prod db. it is also working fine.
Last week, the lop shipping broke, due to the drive failure, and we have to replace drives. Meanwhile, I removed LS from the maintenance plan. Now, I am trying to define LS again (on top of replication), and it is giving various errors and the plan never gets created. Both replication and LS are going to different servers. Am I missing something, which needs to be taken care off, before LS set up, a already replicated db for log shipping ? I am sure someone might have gone thru this. Thanks for all your help. bj

What are those errors while configuring the log shipping?
In this case use as before try log shipping configuration first and then replication. Satya SKJ

Hindsight – wonderful thing, eh? When a plan or job is not required for a period of time, disable it – don’t delete it.
