log shipping restore problems

Hi The copy and restore jobs are successful when i run a burst of about 6000 transactions every 5 min.
But when i run the reports simultaneously in the query analyser along with these transactions,then the restore job fails. I have chosen the standby mode and terminate users option while configuring log shipping.Do i need to change something? Thanks Madhukar

If the database on secondary server is already in use then the restore job will be failed, as it needs the database to be in exclusive mode to restore the transaction logs. Its better to run the reports after the Tlog restore or avoid during the Tlog restore. Satya SKJ
