LOG SHIPPING & TABLES

Does log shipping not track new tables? Reason I ask, is I can get log shipping up and running, it copies and restores the log files, but if I make create a table and wait for the log to get created and copied over, i never see the new table on the secondary server.

It should be handled with the Transaction log, if any changes occured in Primary server’s database should be promoted to Secondary server database with Log shipping. Can monitor the events using PROFILER for instance and try to restore full database from Primary server to the secondary server for database sync. Satya SKJ
