Merge Replication…

Greetings to all & sundry…

I am trying to sort out a merge replication problem.
Merge replication has fallen over in stockholm

Publisher & distributor=Stockholm (& is enabled)
pulication … already created
pull subcription : subscriber is an 0slo Server.

since updates have been taking place in oslo & stockholm since replication went down…
I cannot reinitialise the snapshot with "drop & recreate tables" option enabled.

I have:
1. removed initial subcription.
2. removed initial publication.
3. created new publication with "Leave destination table untouched"
4. created new pull subscription, with "Do not initilize, subscriber already has data & schema" option

This has not worked because at the new snapshot agent, a message is displayed:
The process could not bulk copy out of table ‘contD03723822F4A4835BE114E1A4305B853′.
(this table does not exist in either of the replication databases… it must be setup in MSDB as part of replication).

Can Anyone help … please!?

Thanks
Jester99[]

What is the level of service pack on SQL?
Try to rerun the snapshot agent and if this doesn’t work follow the procedure:
Backup the database to a temporary database, then drop your database, then recreate all the tables. From here, when all your tables are empty, start transactional replication, then copy all your data back from your temporary database.
