Merge Replication Error.

Hi Gurus, I am encountering following error while creating the Publisher database using
Create and Manage Publications dialog. "SQL Server Enterprise Manager could not create publication ‘TEST1’ From
database ‘TEST1’ Error 21040 : PublicaTION ‘TEST1’ does not exist"
Please let me know how to fix this.

I know absolutely nothing abut replication, but I would imagine that the database must exist before you can create a publication based on it.
Check to add the path to mssqlinn directory in Computer Properties/Environment tab/System variables and rebooted the box.

Hi Satya, This path is already present in the System Variables
"C:program FilesMicrosoft SQL Server80ToolsBINN;" Is this OK ..?
If no, Please give exact details. Thanks
