OLE DB error when I failover cluster

Running windows 2003 SP1 with SQL Server 2000 SP4. Upgraded Crystal Reports 11 to both servers, once completed, started to get OLE DB SQL SERVER errors on 1 of the Nodes. I have checked registry settings for permissions which may have been changed during CR upgrade.
Re-install SP4 for SQL Server 2000. Still have the same problem….Possible next step is the re-install of SQL Server 2000 Any thoughts ??????
Is Cristal Reports installed on cluster sql servers? Can you provide complete error info…
When are you getting OLEDB errors? Check your MS DTC security configuration and make network access is enabled…

MohammedU,
Thanks for the reply. Yes Crystal reports is installed on both nodes of the cluster. I find the following error in the event viewer. Error Source = Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server
Error Description = [DBNETLIB] Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server (80004005): [DBNETLIB]
