Passing both seen and unseen Parameters on URL

Hi
Im trying to pass both seen and unseen parameters to the report via the URL at the same time. The seen parameters are those viewed by the user, the unseen are those that pass information to the report and display specific information relative to the user (Region, Language, Currency).

In the Parameter Section in the Report Manager under the properties tab the Parameter settings are as follows
RegionID
Prompt string: empty
Prompt User: Remove Tick
Default Value: empty
Has Default: empty
EntityID
Prompt string: Entity
Prompt User: Tick
Default Value: empty
Has Default: empty
<br /<a target="_blank" href=http://localhost/reportserver/?%2fTesting%2fReport1&rs:Command=Rende&RegionID=5&rcarameters=true>http://localhost/reportserver/?%2fTesting%2fReport1&rs:Command=Rende&RegionID=5&rcarameters=true

I get an error
•The report parameter ‘MA’ is read-only and cannot be modified. (rsReadOnlyReportParameter)
High Security is not necessary however passing parameter the user is not aware of is vital.
Thanks again
Dale
….just to keep you all informed.
I spoke with a Microsoft rep and he says this is a know issue and said :
"This is a known issue. You will be able to work around this in SP1 by clearing out the prompt string once the report has been published to the server." Ive heard SP1 is planned for release on June 15th.
