Problemas con SQL Diagnostic de Idera

Tengo el SQL Diagnostic de idera y de vez en cuando me arroja un stack dump y me bota el servidor, tengo entendido que no funciona con el SQL 7.0 PERO SI con el SQL 2000, lamentablemente el error lo dá en algunas máquinas que tengo con 2000 y service pack 4..<br /> Alguien tiene sabe si existe un parche del idera que me resuelva este problema??<br /><br /><br />sqlDumpExceptionHandler: Process 141 generated fatal exception c0000005 EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION.
