Question about Polyserve Matrix Server

Hi all,
My company is going to implement SQL clustering in the near future. We’re looking at a product called Polyserve Matrix server to simplify administration. Has anyone heard anything about this product, good or ill? Thanks everyone

ITs a third party application and doesn’t seems to be any issues.
What is the reason behind going for third party tools for clustering?
Have you tried implementing MSCS & SQL suppliced clustering utilities? Satya SKJ
