yes i have T-log backup failure. i have checked error log and event viewer but no reason for the backup failure. Thanks & Regards

If you have the transaction log backup inconsistency, explain the issue here to get information and if you put an open question there is no end to the answers. The reasons could be:
From the last database backup or transaction log backup if there are any non-logged transactions
or any issues with the disk resources during the log backup then the log backup will fail. You must look into event viewer log and SQL error log for more information on the failure. Satya SKJ
