Regarding Failed Login.
Hi, While looking ahead on the Error Log of my Server I have recently found a list of failed Login Info. I would like to identify the Host name from where such types of Login were attempted. Can any one help me in this regard. Thanks & Regards Arindam GangulyRunning a server side trace or Profiler will do the rest to catch hold of login details. Satya SKJ

Even I tried and checked it. But found Login failed for user ‘sa’ – Message only while the HostName remained Blank. Is it possible to get any Script help. Regards Arindam Ganguly
Please confirm the type of events capturing using trace.
BTW have you removed builtinadministrators group? Satya SKJ

Sorry Satya for late reply. I have Filtered the entire Tracer view to the Failed Login event of Security only. Also I have removed the builtinadministrators group. Thanks & Regards. Arindam Ganguly
