Rename Column
I have a table with plenty of rows. Now i need to rename a column (eg: fieldone is the oldname, i want to change that to fieldtwo without losing the existing rows.), Is this possible?Take a look at sp_rename in BOL

Also you can do it using EM. Of course take care about application.

If plenty of rows is included then its better to perform this task from QA rather from EM.
