Replicating new tables over

Hello, I am trying to replicating newly created tables over from one server to another in an automated process. I am working with commerce server 2002, whenever a client register, 5 new tables are created in our staging box and I need to replicate those 5 new tables schema and data over to production. I’m trying to figure out the best way to do this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks
