Report export change

Not sure if this has relevance, however after installing sp2 for reporting services I have noticed the export of a report changes fomat on one of the data columns. Before the sp2 I had an subscription created to a shared folder as a exel ws. All of the data columns exported as seen on report, however now one (yep just one) of the data columns changes from a ".###" format to a ".##########" format.
Any suggestions on what I may have done? I did try exporting as a .pdf and the format stayed good just like the report. [8]

I decided to subscribe the report as a pdf instead of xls. I was unable to find a solution. Thanks the
