Reporting Services Error

Hi, I installed Reporting Services Developer Ed. on Windows XP Pro SP2, after installing last step it says "Setup could not initialize the report server. you must manually initialize the report server using for the first time." I ran rsconfig and rsactivate, I checked IIS virtual directories also and RS Service is running fine. http://localhost/reports gives display the following error: Security Exception
Description: The application attempted to perform an operation not allowed by the security policy. To grant this application the required permission please contact your system administrator or change the application’s trust level in the configuration file. Exception Details: System.Security.SecurityException: Request for the permission of type System.Web.AspNetHostingPermission, System, Version=1.0.5000.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089 failed.
I don’t know where to debug.
I really need help here thanks for any help. Thanks
