Running SQL server 7.0 on Windows 2000 server

Hi all, i m quite new to this. Can anyone tell me can i run SQL server 7.0 on Windows 2000 advanced server? Currently i have a cluster pair running on Windows NT. My boss wanted me to upgrade them to Windows 2000 AS and i want to make sure everything goes on smoothly.

Yes you can without any issues as few of our services are on the same environment and ensure to maintain upto date service packs and hotfixes on Windows and SQL Server. I suggest not to upgrade the operating system rather a fresh install will have more advantages than an upgraded one. Satya SKJ
