SQL CLuster Installation Problem

I have problem to install SQL Server Cluster on Windows 2000 Cluster. I have Active Directory on one server, and two other servers as cluster nodes. On all server is installed Service Pack 4. I have followed the steps from article by Mr. McGehee, published on this web site, but I cannot find out what the problem is. Every time I try to setup SQL Server Cluster, everything is fine until I come to dialogue with title "Remote Information", which does not accept any account I try to enter. I have created an account sql_service in Active Directory, and add that account to local Administrators group on both nodes, but when I enter credentials for that account i receive the message: "Setup cannot grant log on as service right to specified account: 2279108(ox5)".
Anybody have idea what this problem is about?
Verify that your account you are logged in with when installing has administrator rights so it can perform this action Verify that there is no domain security policy being pushed out that prevents your account (even if its an administrator account) to perform the action to grant rights. Verify that the Remote Registry Service is running on both nodes
