HI GUYS, I RECIEVED THE FOLLOWING ADVICE REGARDING THE CONNECTION BETWEEN THE NODES AND THE EXTERNAL SOURCE….WILL THIS SCSI CABLE CONFIGURATION WORK,,THANKS,,,PLEASE RESPOND ASAP….RAPHAELWe talked about the clustering setup. What you need is: 1pc Inclose 1 bay SCSI enclosure
2pcs External HD68 to HD68 cable
2pcs External HD68 M-F pass-thru terminator
2pcs LSIU160 SCSI controller The external terminators plug directly into the SCSI controller cards. On
the opposite end of the terminator is an HD68 Female connector… You plug
the external cable into the HD68 Female end of the terminator and then the
other end of the cable into the enclosure. The enclosure has two HD68
Female connectors so you can run both cables from both cards to the
enclosure. And you’re done. You then just need to set up the OS on both
systems for clustering.
