SQL server replication performance

I am newbie to SQL server. Supposing two SQL servers are in the same network with continuous replication running, how is the performance of replication provided data is keep increasing all the time? If data of server A is replicated to B, can I see the same data at B within 1 min? Thank you.
What u are mentioning is Transactional Replication. In this type of replication your subscriber will have near-Real time data. ‘Near Real-Time’ because it again depends on many factors.
