Subscriber with Schema and Data

Hi Gurus, I am setting up replication on a 100+GB database. In the Push Subscriber wizard
I wanted to use " No, The Subscriber Agent already has the schema and data" option. Could you please explain what are the things i have to consider and if you could
provide a link for this will be great. Thanks & Regards raj

Hi Satya, My question actually should have been."How to create the subscriber
database using backup" and how to publish data from publisher to
subscriber and all the parameters to maintain subscriber db?
Very very Urgent Please. A good link will help me a lot. Thanks & Regards raj
