Totals – Sql Statement or in Crystal Reports?

Which is the best method of generating totals? On the Server in an SQL Statement or In Crystal Reports? Is there any reasons for one or the other?

Found it….. It is best to have the server do all the work instead of crystal.
Reason:
1.) Less time connected to the server
2.) Less memory needed to process the report on the PC
3.) Lower transfer time from the server to the client.
Hi, It is best to use RAQ Report to do all the work instead of Crystal Report.
Reason:
1.) Cross-platform
2.) Faster
3.) More convienent
