uncluster and recluster sql server

I am about to start testing on a clustered datacenter enviornment in Windows 2003 using SQL 2000 attached to SAN. After testing they are going to ship the cluster to a new location. I am still unclear if the quorum drive will be on local disk or on the SAN. Teh new location will be hooked to SAN, but not the same test SAN. My question is if the quorum drive is on local disk does the cluster need to be broken to ship the machines and what if anything will I need to do for the SQL instance? All IP and naming will already be set for the future desitnation, so none of that information will have to be changed.

The cluster disk is on the SAN. If possible do a clean clustering on the new location.
