Uninstalling one instance of SQL Server

Can any one help me out on how to uninstall one instance of SQL Server on a Failover Cluster. I have multiple instances running on it. If I uninstall an instance will it affect the registry key setting of other instances? Thanks in Advance,

THe instances will work independently and nothing to worry, but make sure the Cluster resources are not tied up with this instance. Make sure the Business is aware of this uninstallation and may get alerts Satya SKJ

Is it enough to run the Setup CD to uninstall an instance in Virtual Server. My Question is whether will it remove the registry setting in both the nodes? Need your help on this. Thanks in Advance,
