update tuned into delete and insert ?

I have setup transaction replication with a non-updating subscriber. The update commands on the publisher are turning up as delete and insert at the subscriber. This is can not
happen on in this scheme. What’s wrong? Siva
Are you able to script out the replication and post: the sp_addpublication command
the sp_addarticle command for your problem table
the sp_addsubscriber command
