Users not deleted !

Hi folks we are at sql2000 sp4 database running the reporting services on windows 2003 server.
while we remove the user from reporting manager it doesn’t remove the users from user and policyrole table. so every time i remove the users from those tables as well Any comments on this ! thanks in advance !

On the Security –> Logins you can deny the permission for this user on that sepcified role, I don’t think this way you can achieve from the reporting manager. Satya SKJ

Actually the remove user request on the reporting services when the user leaves the organization.
we really need to remove the user rather than deny.
it is sql2k reporting services. how can i see the security menu. there is no menu i can see.

I’m not talking about that in Reporting Services you could do using Enterprise Manager (SQL 2000) or SSMS (SQL 2005) in this case. Satya SKJ
