Volumes unable to be seen when creating a new DB
I’ve just installed an active/active cluster with SQL 2000 on Windows 2003 Server, two nodes. We have two disk arrays with 4 volumes. G (for instance 1) and I (for instance 2) are set to be the data volumes, F and H will be the Log volumes. When creating a new database from SQL Enterprise Manager, I give a name, then click the Transaction log tab to change the volume. At this point, all I see is the data volume. I want to say also that i’m able to see the other volumes while looking at Windows Explorer. Was there something during the setup that I missed? Thanks, GlennOpen cluster administrator, right click on the sql server resource and add the additional disks in the dependency list. By default only the data disk is added here during install.
