Why AS2000 generate lot SQLDmpr.mdmp files

My Analysis service 2000 used work fine. But recent days it generates lots SQLDmpr###.mdmp files. What are they?
My process cube takes much long time than before. Thanks for help!

Try to identify the last cube(s) being changed and delete them directly in the OLAPDATA directory (must delete the corresponding
“.odb” file and directory).
Also one way to fix this would to do a full rebuild of your OLAP Database. You would need to take a backup of the Data folder and then delete all the files in the data folder so that you could get the service to start up without crashing.

What service pack do you have installed on AS? The .mdmp mini dump files are generated when the system reboots you can read the contents of this file using a dubugger (windbg.exe) but if you dont have much experience debugging these files it could be very time consuming. Do you get any processing errors? Raulie
This is AS2000 with SP4 installed.
Still keep getting the error from the server event viewer: "The MSSQLServerOLAPService service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 415 time(s)."
and "Unexpected fatal error occurred. Attempting to restart server."
This is the first time I see this kind error. Re-install old backup has to reprocess all cubes which will take quite long time.
