Severity level:
16.

Description:
This error message appears when you try to create a table with more than one Identity columns.

Consequences:
The T-SQL statement can be parsed, but causes the error at runtime.

Resolution:
Error of the Severity Level 16 are generated by the user and can be fixed by the SQL Server user. Each table in SQL Server can contain just one Identity column.

Versions:
All versions of SQL Server.

Example(s):
CREATE TABLE t
(
 c1 INT IDENTITY
 , c2 INT IDENTITY
)

Remarks:
In the above example you need to remove one of the two references of an Identity column, to successfully create the table.
