/3GB /PAE Configuration

    I am setting up OLAP 2000 onto windows 2003 enterprise edition server. The server is with 16 GB of memory. i was wondering, what configuration switch shall i use in boot.ini file? I.E, /3GB with /PAE or just /3GB and no /PAE or only /PAE. I believe, OLAP 2000 doesnt support memory more than 3 GB.
    Appreciated any feed back here.
