I have a SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Edition SP4 on a Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition SP1. It has 8Gb RAM on it with SQL Server having a fixed memory size of 7800MB and with AWE enabled on it. On the OS end, the boot.ini has a configuration of /PAE /3GB. is that good for performance or should i remove the /3GB from the boot.ini? Thanks

Leave it there, it's there for a good reason!
