Backup Job failing

Hi there ,

My backup job is failing continueously...
When i take manual back up for the same databases it goes fine and on the same backup devices.
This is the sql job history i am getting...
"Performing Backup: CorporateDataSystem Differential Backup [SQLSTATE 01000] (Message 0) 14 percent backed up. [SQLSTATE 01000] (Message 3211) 24 percent backed up. [SQLSTATE 01000] (Message 3211) 34 percent backed u... The step failed."

I figured it out...old existing backup devise was messing up..
