i think you have to be a US Citizen or permanent resident or H1-B or L-something to work in the US you could just list an employee as assigned to an overseas office and he could just visit the home office on an extended basis, up to a point on the plus side for Thomas, the Seattle weather should not be a negative(joke)

i actually heard that Germany gets less sunshine than Seattle not sure if it was refering to a specific part of Germany when i was in Oregon, many of the Californians complained about the constant cloud and drizzle from October to May
