Deploy reports on to production server from dev server

Hi,
We have reports on development server right now which we want to move to production server. The developers have created the reports on their workstations and deployed on to the dev server. We do not want to give permissions to developers to deploy reports on to the production server. We want that to be done only by the admins. They do not have access to dev server file system to save the solutions on the server. Is there any way for them to save the report projects on the report server through url or other way so that the admins can pick them up and deploy the reports on the production server.
