SQL Server Performance

Distribution Job is suspended

    The distribution agent job which is scheduled to execute every 15 min,is in suspended staus for more than 3 hours.
    Generally it take for this job to complete.I stopped and started the agent job again ,but invain.
    What is wrong here
    I reinitialise the subscriber by executing the snapshot agent job but data is not getting replicated
    Log agent job is running continuously

    RUn profiler to see what is causing that.

    It says that it is doing select on distribution ..
