Is there a way not to send a subscriber Email when the report returns zero records?

    Thanx

    hi,

for a data driven subscriptions this is a pretty common thing. You will have to filter out the recipients first at the first query using e.g. an exists query / join to eliminate the not affected subscribers.

For a manual subscriptions this is not possible AFAIK.

The button is missing on my Report Manager? I have all my reports in a project they were using a shared datasource so I switch one to use an embedded one. I still cannot see that button. I can go to data source and see a customer data source in report manager with credentials stored securly in the report.

Am I missing a setting somewhere?

    Thanx
