SQL Server Performance

email address subscription comes from

  1. jastone New Member

    we want to change the email address that the subscriptions come from, is there a way to do this without uninstalling and reinstalling the whole darn thing?

    they currently show as if they come from an employee who we dont want it to look like it comes from anymore....thanks in advance

    The most effective way to control report distribution is to configure a report server to send only a report server URL. The report server uses Windows Authentication and a role-based authorization model to control access to a report. If a user accidentally receives through e-mail a report that he or she is not authorized to view, the report server will not display the report.

    i am doing what you recommend for the recipients, but when it shows up in receipients' in-box, it shows as if it came to them from OldEmployee@CompanyName.com, i want to reset it so that when they receive the email it looks as though it came from NewEmployee@CompanyName.com
