SQL Server Performance

We're reconfiguring our EMC CX 300 array for SQL Server. The array has 30 drives with RAID 1, 0, and 10 configurations. The apps hitting the db server perform approx. 90% reads and 10% writes. Can anyone recommend what cache settings to use on SPA and SPB? I've seen comments stating disabling write cache hepls prevent torn pages and improves overall performance. Any help is appreciated.
