    Best thing you use a third-party like Log Exlorer. SQL Server offers you only the undocumented DBCC LOG(database name, [-1 - 4]) command, which might turn out a little bit difficult to read.

    Hi,
    or red-gate sql log explorer is also a good tool , but why do you wants to do it ! do you need to revert any recent action ?
