Generic error occured in GDI+

I have been getting this error more and more lately. It happens as I am
paging though my report, the query runs and returns the dataset and
populates my report. What does it mean and how do I fix it?

Where do u get the error, in designer or deployed reports?

I get this error in designer, I will not publish the report while getting this error
