SQL Server Performance

High mem usage

    Hi

    In one of my database server, i have observerd that SQL is using high memory. I am not able to see any spids that are using max memusage in sysprocess. Can you please let me know how to figure out this issue.

    Server specifications:
    OS: Win 2003 SP1 ENT - 64 bit
    SQL: SQL 2k5 ENT - 64 bit
    version : 9.00.1399.06

    Please let me know what are all the counters i need to use for perfmon and for sql profiler.
