high PF Usage on sql server 2005?

One of our sql server (2005, 64 bit), I just noticed it has very high PF Usage from the window task maanger
It showes the high PF Usage as 16 G.

Does this indicate it short of the memory?

It is good to focus your attention on COMMITED BYTES and AVAILABLE MEMORY, in your case AVAILABLE MEMORY ~ 16.7GB > COMMITED BYTES ~1.6GB so the server is healthy.
Look at perfmon tool for these counters and compare the both.
