One of our sql server (2005, 64 bit), I just noticed it has very high PF Usage from the window task maanger
It showes the high PF Usage as 16 G.
    Here is the detail info:
Does this indicate it short of the memory?

It is good to focus your attention on COMMITED BYTES and AVAILABLE MEMORY, in your case AVAILABLE MEMORY ~ 16.7GB > COMMITED BYTES ~1.6GB so the server is healthy.
Look at perfmon tool for these counters and compare the both.

Do you see high memory usage during any query execution process?
Are you getting any performance loss on the database server?
