SQL Server Performance

How Can i Increse my sql server performance

    I am having a sql server with 4GB RAM and 160 GB Hard Drive.but in task manager the
    sever is using only 1 GB RAM.how can i increse my RAM Usage. what should be my fillfactor value.please tell me all the ways to use my maximum hardware resources
    for sql server.how can i increse cache size and buffer size.

    My server is AMD opteron 852,2.59 GHZ
    PAE Enabled.
    Average connections Arround 150 USERS.
