How do i recover data before i resume mirroring? I want to check what data may have been lost. The only insructions i have found is to backup the transaction log tail. Can anyone give me instructions on how determine what exact data loss is please?

The question is not much clear...if you want to find the data difference between source and destination table, then
    select * from SourceServer.dbname.dbo.SourceTable
    Except
Select * from DestinationServer.dbname.dbo.DestinationTable - if it is linked

Depend on the table size we can different methods like BCP or backup restore etc..

If i don't know which table data may have been lost from, how can i compare both databases easily to see what data is lost?
