This is my situation for databse on SQL 2005 and Windows 2003:
    - Application use database1
    - database1 on SeverA is replicated on database1 of ServerB
    - For a disaster recovery test, we point the application on database1 of ServerB

Now when the test is finished and I just want to get informations applied during the test on ServerB and commit its on ServerA.
    How can I do that?

    Welcome to the forums.

As you referred in your second step that DB1 from ServerA is replicated to ServerB, so it will take care the transactions that happened on ServerA side.
However you have to be clear about what kind fo replication that you have setup between the servers.
