Migration from LotesNotes to SQL Server

    How do I migrate from LotesNotes (.nsf) to SQL Server? Iam planning to do the following let me know if my assumption is correct.
    1. Downliad the LotesNotes ODBC driver
    2. Create an ODBC connection
    3. Import the data to sql server using DTS / import-export wizard.
    Is there any consideartion before migrating? Any other better step. Or any link?
