    Hi folks,
I am using the sqlserver for some of my applications. what i need it to take the database dumps or can say a backup using the command line. i am using "sqlcmd" to perform the database operations. Now what i want is to take the back up or create "generate scripts" using the T-SQL statements.

    Hi martin,
Thanks for your reply but what i need is the T-SQL startements to do the "Generate scripts" which we do from management studio.
What we do is "Right click on db> tasks > Generate scripts" to crate the script with sql statements for the tables and data present in our DB. I want to do it all via "T-SQL" statements.
is there any way to do that?
