I'm expecting this counter to range between 0-100%, and everything I've read seems to indicate this is a reasonable expectation. However, Perfmon is reporting values much higher, in the 10's of thousands. How can a disk be more than 100% busy? I thought it could be due to the RAID array, so I tested it on my (single disk) home system and, again, saw values well over 100%. Thanks in advance for any insight you can offer!!
