The error is self-explanatory and as it says the path is not available or may be the SQLAgent account may not have relevant permissions. If you have deleted the database and maint.plans make sure to delete the scheduled job as well.

Make sure you spelled the file name correctly
Is the file in local system or in server?

    hi,
I have configured agent jobs with dump device.

    Dump device name: mydba_dump
job step: backup database mydba to mydba_dump
    Job schedule: every day

    Thanks

If you deleted the database on 29th where as you ran the backup on 30th then you should get the following error...

    Error:
Could not locate entry in sysdatabases for database '<dbname>. No entry found with that name.
