Replication between SQL Server and Oracle

    Hi,
    I am trying replicating data between SQL Server and Oracle (both ways).
    How can I go about doing this. I have searched for "Heterogeneous subscribers/publishers"
    but could not get to a document/site that explain the steps in a detailed fashion.

    For example, I want to replication data from pubs.authors to Oracle and Oracle.emp
    to pubs.emp.
